She may operate as an agent associated with an office of a real estate network or franchise; in that case, the identity of that office will be stated in this notice and in the documents of each transaction.
2. Purpose of the website
This website presents the owner's real estate brokerage services on the Costa del Sol (buying, selling and renting), shows available properties, offers informational guides and allows visitors to contact her through forms, an automated chat assistant and WhatsApp. No contracts can be concluded and no payments can be made online.
3. Terms of use
Access to the website is free and implies acceptance of this legal notice. Users undertake to use the website lawfully, to provide accurate data and not to post unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights, nor to carry out automated submissions or unauthorised access attempts. The owner may change the website and these terms at any time.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, photographs, designs, logos and other content of the website belong to the owner or to their rightful owners, who have authorised their use. Guides, articles and the automated assistant's answers provide general information about the property market and processes. They do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice and do not replace the advice of a qualified professional for each specific case. Regulations may change after publication.
8. Liability
The owner strives to keep the website working properly and its content accurate, but cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors. She is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the website or for the content of linked third-party sites (such as WhatsApp), over which she has no control; upon actual knowledge that a link is unlawful, she will remove it diligently (Art. 17 LSSI-CE). Nothing in this notice limits any liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, where the user is a consumer, the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction in accordance with consumer protection law; in all other cases, the courts of the owner's domicile. Consumers may also contact the consumer affairs services of the Junta de Andalucía and, where applicable, use alternative dispute resolution procedures.
